If you have an insurance or billing question, Amanda will find the answers for you.  Her dental insurance knowledge is second to none, and she looks forward to helping make your visit go smoothly.  No one will work harder to help you navigate your insurance plan and make the best use of your benefits. 

Karen's cheery voice is likely the first to answer your phone call or check you in for your appointment.  She brings unsurpassed dental experience to the office and is ready to answer any questions you may have!

Your cleaning isn't "just a cleaning."  Our hygienists Taylor and Chelsea evaluate your individual care needs.  Then they take radiographs if necessary and gently remove any buildup from your teeth.  They will provide insight on areas of concern and make sure any further treatment is scheduled.  We are fortunate to have such talented clinicians on our staff. 

Taylor joined Stow Smiles in 2022.    Her attention to detail, yet gentle touch will leave your mouth refreshed and clean.  As the newest member of the Stow Smiles team, we are so happy she chose to join us!

Chelsea joined the Stow Smiles team in January 2021.  She grew up in  Stow, and now raises her family here.  She's a gentle, caring hygienist that brings a cheerful energy to our office.  

Andrea has been a dental assistant with Stow Smiles since 2020 and works together with Dr. Kinkopf and Kristen to make your visit safe, comfortable and enjoyable.   She is an Expanded Function Dental Assistant, meaning she places restorations, or fillings that Dr. Kinkopf prepares.  She is also the person to ask about any pre-authorizations we may have summitted on your behalf. 

Kristen is Dr. Kinkopf's second set of hands.  She will be by your side working along with Dr. Kinkopf to assure your visit goes smoothly.  She is great at putting you at ease and making sure you don't have any concerns about your appointment.
