As of Monday May 18, 2020, we will return to our regular office hours. We ask for your patience as we spread appointments out and still continue to practice social distancing while in our office. We will be doing everything possible to keep our patients and staff as protected as we can. This will include asking you to wait in your car until your treatment room is ready and to not bring family members to your appointment. Please notify us prior to your appointment if you or a family member that you live with has or has had any symptoms that could be related to COVID19. These symptoms include cough, fever, aches, chills and a sudden loss of taste or smell. We will ask that you call us from your car when you arrive for your appointment. We will be asking you some screening questions before your appointment to verify that you currently or recently haven’t had any symptoms that could be attributed to COVID19. We will also be taking your temperature upon arrival. We also ask that you please wear a face covering as you enter and leave our office. At this time there is a shortage of all medical masks so we are unable to provide one to you and we ask that you please arrive with your own in place. Fabric face coverings are perfect! We have implemented some engineering practices that we hope will reduce the possibility of spreading the virus through our building such as multiple air purifiers and redesigning our protocols to decrease aerosol generation. Although we can not claim the risk is zero we will make every effort to minimize the likelihood of spreading the virus through our office. If you have any questions about how your care will proceed, or if you are in a higher risk population please call to discuss your upcoming appointment. We have dedicated our first appointments of the day to patients that have medical conditions that put them at higher risk of developing severe complications associated with COVID19. We miss you all and look forward to seeing your smile soon! If you are having a dental emergency, please call 330-673-6830.
Stay well, keep masks on and stay kind
