We accept most insurance plans and are currently part of the Preferred Provider Organization for the Following Insurers:
Aetna, Ameritas, Cigna, Delta Dental, Guardian, Liberty, Humana, Medical Mutual (through SDC), Superior Dental Care, and United Health Care. We are in network providers for most Medicare Advantage Plans.

Co-payments are due at the time of your appointment. If you would like to discuss our payment arrangements please ask to speak with our office manager before your treatment begins.
